Individual Therapy

As a registered psychotherapist with 17 years experience, I provide individual therapy sessions to help clients navigate through personal challenges, improve mental well-being, and achieve personal growth. Each session is tailored to the unique needs and goals of the individual, creating a safe and supportive space for self-exploration and healing

 

Using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, as well as other mindfulness and compassion-based strategies, I help individuals, couples, and families to work towards goals to create meaningful change and enhance coping skills..

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy offers an opportunity for partners to address conflicts, improve communication, and strengthen relationships. I work collaboratively with couples to foster understanding, resolve conflicts, and work towards more fulfilling relationships.

Family Therapy

Family therapy can help to provide a safe space for family members to express their thoughts and feelings. It focuses on enhancing family dynamics, improving communication, and resolving conflicts. By addressing the unique challenges and dynamics of each family, I aim to help family members to increase understanding of one another and increase connection.

Individual, couple, & family therapy fee: $150/50-minute session
